Bijar/island of Cres

It is assumed that Bijar Bay was once the main harbour of Osor. Today, it accommodates a motor camp.

In the middle of the bay, there is a stone birth with a bollard. You can moor to it from the north-western side, because from the south-east it is too shallow. It is best to cast anchor and berth stern-on.
In high season, it is best to cast anchor in the middle of the bay. The bottom is muddy and anchoring is at a depth of 12 to 25 metres. The bottom holds anchor well.

From Bijar, it takes 10 minutes on foot to reach Osor.
