A wonderful place to live, that's what Karolbag was called in the past (Vegium), and every year the town prepares for summer by organising a whole series of events for its visitors and those who already feel at home there. Everyone discovers something to their liking, perhaps an evening of serious/classical music, fishing festivals, theatre performances or maybe evenings celebrating the culture of the Lika-Senj area. There is at least one event every week of the summer. The International Art Seminar, also incorporating the Children's Art Seminar, every year delights us and always teaches us something new.
